This engineering sample of the Rise mP6 is one of the slower known. Clocked at 150 MHz, it uses a 75 MHz Front side Bus. The rise mP6 was built using the 0.25 µm process and features 16 KB of L1 cache and MMX instructions. This clock-frequency was never released. The first Rise mP6 was the mP6 PR166 on October, 13th 1998.
